Raspberry pi qemu windows network

I get the error on the bootable iso file that I have used on physical computers stating something about unsigned drivers but qemu uses the default seabios and this happens when booting from the cdrom. What do I do to get it working on raspberry os 32bit because I can't even install it. I am happy to give any more info. Take what I advise as advice not the utopian holy grail, and it is gratis!!
