They are building new roads to facilitate access to the main streets. Public store is right down the street and shopping is nearby. Leashes are required and everyone is considerate of bikers, walkers, dog walkers etc. Ive seen alot of breeds. As long as you respect others, all works out well! Friendly people and a lot of green areas.

Dogs walk and parks. Definitely a great place to race your kids. All though there is room to walk on the grass but would be better if there were more lighting in the back roads. There are many school bus stops in the am. However the area is awesome. Easy access to interstate and public transportation. Only 45 minutes to downtown during rush hour. Dogs are not seen running loose very often, and when you do; everyone tries to help get them back home.

Friendly neighbors and the grounds are incredibly well maintained. There are 2 ways into an out of Riverview. They are continuing to build with little changes to infrastructure. It was a nice area and safe. However, the traffic got terrible from being overcrowded. It used to be a somewhat rural area but now it is a suburban nightmare. Being safe while outside your house and able to get across town without heavy traffic.
